Having soft and smooth heels is not at all difficult

You may be tired of having rough skin on the heels of your feet and you want to have soft heels in order to feel comfortable and beautiful.

We all have had embarrassing moments when trying to hide our ugly rough skin of the heels showing every time we wear sandals and slippers in the summer. You have to take care of them regularly in order to maintain the skin soft and with a healthy appearance.

 

It is not hard to have these soft heels you dream of with this easy mask. Usually the skin gets rough on the heels, especially during the hot summer and they can become cracked and hard or even sometimes painful. Sometimes you can even hardly wear fine socks because they get torn from the cracked skin.

 

What you will need to make the mask for soft heels:

 

1 cup of milk

Sugar or salt

Baby oil, sweet almond oil or coconut oil

Pumice

Salicyl powder – half teaspoon

 

Time required to perform the mask: 15 minutes

 

Here is how to proceed with this mask for soft and smooth skin of the feet:

 

Soak your feet for 5-10 minutes in warm but not hot water, where you poured one cup of milk.

Make a scrub of 4 tablespoons of salt or sugar with 1.5 teaspoons of baby oil, sweet almond oil or coconut oil.

Massage your heels with this scrub with circular movements for about 10 minutes – each leg for at least 5 minutes.

Then use pumice. Rinse and dry your feet.

Before going to bed, apply salicylic powder, which you have mixed in a greasy cream or petroleum jelly on your feet.

Then, put on cotton socks and sleep with them all night.

This procedure is done at least 2 times a week.

In just 20 days, you will find your skin softer and gentle to the touch.
